Cloud Drive Mapper (CDM) connects to SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
via mapped network drives on Windows. For MSPs, resellers, and
Microsoft 365 consultancies, it's a product that fixes problems your
customers already have, and it's made even better for partners with
our expert support team, partner-friendly billing, and a centralised
portal for looking after many customers at once.

What customer problems does Cloud Drive Mapper solve?
CDM solves the file-access problems that stop customers using
Microsoft 365 storage properly. Most of the customers you look
after have at least one of them:
- users waiting on OneDrive sync: files that take minutes or hours to reach colleagues, “sync pending” and “processing changes” that never clear, and conflicting copies when two people edit the same file;
- the OneDrive sync client slowing down, or stopping altogether, as libraries approach 300,000 files;
- a file server nobody can retire because staff and applications depend on drive letters;
- OneDrive sync that doesn't suit Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Windows 365;
- desktop applications that need real file paths, not a browser.
CDM fixes each of these the same way. It maps SharePoint, Teams,
and OneDrive as network drives that work in real time, without
syncing whole libraries to every device. For you, that's work
you can sell: file-server retirements, VDI projects, and moving
the last holdouts onto Microsoft 365.

Can I manage all my customers in one place?
Yes. Central Command, the partner-facing view inside Iris, lets
you create, view, configure, and manage all your customers in
one place, and switch between their tenancies with a single
click.
Iris is our admin portal. Drive mappings and settings are set
centrally there rather than device by device, so a change for
one customer is a few clicks, not a site visit.

How do partners deploy Cloud Drive Mapper?
You deploy CDM with the tools you already use. It installs like
any other Windows application, through Intune, SCCM, NinjaOne,
PatchMyPC, or a command line in your own scripts.
There's no server to build or look after. CDM talks to Microsoft
365 directly over the internet, so there's no gateway, no
on-premises appliance, and no VPN back to a file server.
