Cloud Drive Mapper (CDM) creates virtual network drives, and connects them via API to OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, integrating your cloud storage into Windows desktops and VDIs in a way that looks and behaves just like local storage from the perspective of the machine, the user, and other applications and systems.

Cloud Drive Mapper helps our customers overcome many of the issues faced by the OneDrive sync client as well as legacy WebDAV-based drive mapping solutions. In doing so, CDM helps our customers benefit from the amazing productivity, collaboration, hybrid-working and security benefits of having your files hosted in Microsoft 365.

Unlike the OneDrive client, which has a very low 300,000 item sync limit, CDM’s unlimited scalability allows our customers to use SharePoint Online as a full-scale enterprise fileshare.

And given hosting your organisational data in SharePoint is more or less a prerequisite to successfully training Microsoft 365 Copilot, CDM is therefore an essential tool to help enable customers to successfully use Copilot across their Microsoft tenancy.
