You now have less than a week before CDM 2.22 (or below) will stop working due to the removal of RPS from SharePoint Online by Microsoft. Please upgrade to CDM 2.24, 2.25 or CDM V3 as soon as possible.
What's happening
We apologise if you have already seen numerous emails, posts and alerts about this and have already taken action. But for any customers and partners who have yet to upgrade any versions of CDM 2.22 or below to either CDM 2.24, 2.25 or CDM V3, you now have less than a week to do this.
Microsoft is removing the RPS service from SharePoint Online on October 15th, and versions of CDM that depend on RPS will stop working at that point.
What you need to do
Upgrade your CDM deployment to one of the supported versions:
- CDM 2.24, V2 update with the RPS-free cookie generation method.
- CDM 2.25, same fix, plus some converged-drive efficiency improvements.
- CDM V3, the latest generation, recommended for new and migrating customers.
