April 2026 changes
Summary
With the upcoming launch of our Cloud Drive Mapper Premium Support offering, we are introducing some additional new clauses applicable to the new CDM Premium Support service, as well as a small number of minor updates and corrections to existing clauses.
Changes
- Renaming of annex from ‘Product Specific Terms’ to ‘Product & Service Specific Terms’
- Updating of Cloud Drive Mapper changelog URL to new location
- Addition of new SLA clauses for Cloud Drive Mapper Premium Support
Product & Service Specific Terms
- Introduction of new Cloud Drive Mapper specific terms, to further clarify CDM’s relationship to third party cloud storage vendors, and in doing so making more clear the limit of our liability for third party issues and outages.
- Introduction of new terms specific to the Cloud Drive Mapper Premium Support service.
