Migrating on-premises mail servers like Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 & 2016 to Office 365’s Exchange Online is a major step towards cloud enablement in your organisation. But the costs and complexities of large migration projects can put organisations off. Migrations get postponed, and the cloud is like an ongoing pipe-dream. That’s because email migrations used to be complex and expensive projects that needed months of planning, but now they can be powered entirely through the cloud itself.
IAM Cloud’s migration platform makes migrating accounts from Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 & 2016 to Office 365 fast, affordable and easy with minimal impact to users. A Complete Solution for Exchange Server to Office 365 Migration
IAM Cloud can facilitate a full migration of Exchange items, including mail, attachments, calendar appointments, tasks, settings, archives, auto-replies, and more. Once the migration is complete, we can also assist with the cut-over process. For larger migrations of 10,000+ accounts we typically run a full migration, then a delta before and after the cut-over process to ensure excellent data consistency.
Migrations can happen without the need for individual users’ passwords.
Get a snapshot of your source data prior to migration by creating a report of the source account.
Migration reports in XML format will be created after each run, and they can be viewed and saved with Microsoft Excel.
Automatically determines what type of character set conversion is necessary for migration.
Exclude certain messages/folders and set filters to have complete control of exactly what data is migrated.
Recurring meetings will be maintained as recurring. You also can choose to migrate only meetings that you are owner of, or all calendar entries.
