False alarm with legacy admin portal
We recently made some changes to our legacy admin portal ( https://portal.iamcloud.net ) and despite the system being secure, the changes appear to have falsely triggered Google’s “phishing” detection system, creating a red “anti-phishing” alert in Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers when navigating to the login page.
This is a false alarm. Our portal has not been compromised by phishers, and it is secure. But it still doesn’t sit well with us to have this quite alarming looking warning screen worrying our customers or partners still using CDM V2 and our legacy admin portal. So we are temporarily blocking access and redirecting here.
We are working with the Google Console system to try to correct this issue and remove the warning. As soon as we achieve this we’ll remove this redirect and you’ll be able to continue working with the old portal as you always have done.
For now however, if you would like to retrieve your licence key or create any new groups or mappings in our old portal for CDM V2, please contact our support team at support@iamcloud.com and they will still be able to make any changes you require manually.
Our new Iris portal and CDM V3 are unaffected by this issue.
