Cloud Drive Mapper v2.23 (Critical Release)
Microsoft have informed us of the upcoming removal of RPS from SharePoint on October 15th 2025, and prior to that a plan to disable RPS in SharePoint in phases over the coming weeks – we believe this has already begun.
In either case, CDM V2.22 or below will not work without RPS due to the way it retrieves WebDAV cookies. We have created a work-around to this problem in 2.23, and so we recommend all CDM V2 customers upgrade to 2.23 as soon as possible to avoid disruption by Microsoft’s changes to RPS.
It is also possible to temporarily re-enable RPS in your SharePoint environment, which may be quicker to do initially than upgrading the client. See our latest statuspage post to find out how: https://www.iamcloudstatus.com
CDM V3 is unaffected by these changes.
