Partner webinars
We have spent the past 5 years heavily focused on the development of Cloud Drive Mapper V3. Following the General Availability launch of V3, our attention is now broadening to other areas of our company. In the past month we have brought onboard two new hires to our Partner Management team and two new hires to our Technical Support team. And we have plans to substantially improve and expand these functions over the months and years ahead too.
To help provide greater support, guidance and transparency to our partners, we are launching a monthly partner webinar series that will cover a range of topics. The first topic focuses on the process of upgrading CDM from V2 to V3, and highlights the differences between the two technologies which we think are helpful to understand as you upgrade your customers.
Will we also provide webinars for customers? Yes, very likely, but initially they will be ad-hoc based on specific point-in-time requirements rather than a regular series. At least for now.
